Having just written about losing days I realise I am in a similar position now. With all my regular outings on hold I am struggling now to work out the day of the week. Normally I'm ahead of the week but the last few days I've lost it completely, couldn't tell you what day it was. And it seemed to go very slowly.
When I thought about Husband being in hospital I imagined that I'd have lots of time to do 'things'. It didn't work out like that, I'm not sure why. So I'm trying to get myself more organised. That said, I spent an hour in the garden yesterday and was worn out. How do gardeners do it?
Or perhaps this is why I'm tired.
I'm not sure what the mites are doing to me but they can jolly well stop it.In the garden I planted the lilac bush we bought last year - it's been in a tub until now - and some lily of the valley roots. It said the pack contained three roots. I planted one then was puzzled to find there weren't any more in the pack. Then I realised all three had been held together by an elastic band and I'd planted them as one.
A natural born gardener I am not.
That said, the first of my tulips has bloomed!
The tulips look as if they're going to be a bit more successful than the mini daffodil bulbs I bought in the same place - a charity shop - and planted in tubs at the front. They're mostly leaf.
And here's a lovely hellebore, one of a number I planted a few years ago, having seen them on another blogger's page. Rosalie has stopped blogging now I think but is still on Facebook.
This has been my year of getting fat. Perhaps that's a bit extreme, putting on weight. I blame Husband. "It's your fault," I said. "You've spent the year being ill or in hospital or waiting to go to hospital, and when I'm stressed I eat."
"But I'm home now and eating small meals now and you're still eating big meals and snacking in between."
"That's got nothing to do with it. It's still your fault." Or possibly it's the fault of the pillow mites.

Oh deark the lily of the valley roots -- hahahahahaha!
I think you're tired out with stress. But you're getting out walking, so that's good.
The walking will give you some of that energy back for sure.
Those little things just MITE be the problem.
Now that your new habits are semi-ingrained it will take effort to change them.
Time marches to its own tune and if we can keep up, that's good. Otherwise, shrug, and know the balance will return.,
Being off work, I've had a hard time with what day of the week it is.
What can I say? How was I supposed to know?!
Yes, I plan to do more.
I enjoy once I get going. It's always the initial getting up and doing it that fails me!
Ha ha!
It will, Kathy.
It mostly doesn't matter anyway.
Enjoy your free time while you can, Ann
