Oh that looks SO good - I was all prepared to make a beef stew tonight but Lorne decided he wanted spaghetti and meatballs instead. So maybe stew on Sunday.
I saw Cawl on a menu board when we first visited Aber to see over the uni, I wondered then what it was. I think the next time we went down it was on "special" in the hotel we were at so I tried it... Flipping excellent!
