How is it possible to lose a pillowcase?
Come to that, how is it possible to lose a duvet cover, as I did last year? And as I was searching for the pillowcase I managed to break the drawer under the bed. Before that I'd got into the shower and put my head under the water before I remembered I wasn't washing my hair today.
I forgot to say, I went to the hairdresser's this week. Because my grand-daughters say they prefer my hair longer I changed the style a bit, into more of a bob.

Yesterday I wrote a note to myself of things I planned to blog about. When I came to do some blogging I couldn't find my note. I searched everywhere. This is the problem, I tell myself, with writing on scraps of paper. I keep meaning to make my notes in a notebook but grab for the nearest piece of paper instead.
So I didn't blog yesterday.
This morning I find the note on my desk in clear view. The note says, 'Books, sign', and I have no idea what sign means. Was it a particularly amusing sign I saw? Or a prophetic sign? Or a sign that I don't know what I'm doing?
Probably the latter.
Anyway, I'll blog about books, maybe later. For now I'll just comment on how many pieces of jigsaw a big-bosomed lady takes up.

Static cling? I bet that pillow case is hiding inside a fitted sheet somewhere.
Notes are important, but I can’t always read mine either.
My notes to self look like ancient untranslated languages.
Amazing what you find in fitted sheets next time you use them. Socks, etc.
Same here. All sorts of things hide themselves inside other things and notes are illegible, once found, or incomprehensible, or both. I like your duvet cover.
To take notes just dictate to your mobile phone.
I take notes and then eventually paste them into a notebook… regardless of whether I know what they mean or not…. sometimes they eventually jar my memory.

I've lost plenty of socks but never a pillowcase
I take notes to the store with lists of needed groceries and lay them down in the stores…never to be seen again. I have a write-in book which I forget to use. This aging business is forgettable!
I've checked the duvet cover and I don't think it's in there.
Do you think we'll ever learn to remember to write clearly, AC?
I have found socks in them it's true.
Thank you!
Do I sound like the sort of person who's technologically with-it, Stu?
Definitely need to use a notebook, PT.
Or a duvet cover?
Or leave the list at home, Marie? I have several notebooks to hand, I just grab paper.
