The warbling seagulls

Lovely walk with Daughter and dogs this morning. When I was out I realised I'd forgotten to tell Husband to expect a delivery. As a result he nearly turned it away - it was from Ocado, my first order with them. And also my last order.

Searching for non-alcoholic drinks for Saturday's curry night I found J2O spritz on Ocado at a very good price, so I ordered thirteen red, thirteen white, and two pink. Delivered were twenty-eight red, one of which was a bottle missing a lid.

I should have ticked a No Substitutes box, if there was one I suppose. I've emailed the company and asked to return half of them.

Anyway, forgetting that irritation, there were seagulls on the beach. Husband and I are currently watching Night Agent on Netflix. Because I don't hear everything they say clearly I ask for subtitles to be on, and at one point the subtitles say, "Seagulls warbling."

Now seagulls make a lot of noise but warble they do not, and you have to wonder how accurate the rest of the subtitles they are.

Legs still aching and making it hard to bend over. Another good reason to continue with my practice of standing on one leg to put my socks on. The longer I can do that the better. As long as I do it standing next to my bed in case of falls!

The subtitles are often misleading, I find. Be careful with the one-leg standing - you've got two for a reason.

Subtitles are hilarious. My favorite is when people are walking on gravel, and the subtitle reads: "applause"!

Good job working on your balance. I do it when I'm standing at the sink brushing my teeth.

The spelling errors in some subtitles can make me mental, quite frankly. Thanks for nothing, AI.

Some programs have bad captions, but many are pretty good.
