While much of the country has had some snow we remain snow free. I'd like just a little bit, just enough to say, "I'm not going anywhere, I'm just going to cuddle up by the fire." I love the idea of sledging and playing in the snow but, truth is, snow is COLD! So I never last long out in it.

I've been roped in to help organise a quiz and curry night at the beginning of February so I'll set to and make some posters. Then I will almost have ticked off my whole list. Only ironing will remain. And going to the library. And dropping my finger-nail clippings at the hospital for testing.

You were adorable, but squashed. As Boud says, the girl next to you looks as if she's ready to battle. If we had snow in Florida, our city would fall apart, but I would love to see snow again. I miss it.
