Husband had a jam Advent calendar for his birthday. Which means that by Christmas we will have twenty-four of these mini-jars.
Obviously I can't just put them in the recycling bin because they must be useful for something . . .Ideas on a postcard please.

The other night the outside camera detected a game of cat and fox.

24 jars of home made jam or marmalade for next December!!
It would be a great supply for a batch of jam.
Next year's Christmas presents of homemade jam or lemon curd?
The fox was smart enough to wait until the cat had gone by! Would your grandkids like the wee jam jars to play house or grocery store with? Do kids even still play role-play games like that?
If I was one to make jam I would make a batch and refill all those little jars.
They seem to be SMALL jars not really suitable for re-canning new jam, and I doubt the lids would work for re-canning.
How about melting wax (decoratively and perhaps in a scented fashion) and making candles with them that can be given as small gifts?
Or…. Perhaps you could create a pleasant spice blend (like perhaps a special curry blend) and package the spice in them to give as small gifts or stocking stuffers?
PipeTobacco
Cut slits in the lids and give them to the kindergarten as their first piggy banks.
