Going to the freezer to see if we have any mixed veg and I decide I need to empty it and see exactly what is in there.
Turns out not a lot unless you want to make chilli jam or rhubarb crumble/jam/cordial. Also remember about the packet of peas I spilled. End up cleaning it all out.
What do we think? Uncooked prawns best before November 2021. Edible?

If they were frozen before the best before date, they should still be okay but then again, what do I know? Do not rely on my advice.
Probably edible but maybe not good tasting.
That was two years ago I would take a pass on eating that yikes

No too old, probably tasteless anyway.
I wouldn't know a good one from a bad one so I couldn't say. I've had old stuff in my freezer and as long as it doesn't look freezer burnt I'll still eat it.
About a year ago, I finished off the last of my mother's frozen strawberry jam. She died in 1994. Of course, seafood is a different kettle of fish. Use it as an excuse to get another dog. No sense eating something that is, by now, surely tasteless.
