A fallen woman

At about 11 last night I was safely tucked up in bed and gradually dropping off to sleep. Then my eyes flew open!

I remembered.

That parcel that was delivered was big and heavy so I left it outside the front door intending to ask Husband to carry it to the garage. I forgot. It was still outside the front door. At least I hoped it was.

I briefly considered getting up and going down to check but what could I do if it wasn't there? (As Husband pointed out to me this morning, I could have brought it in.)

I didn't and only just remembered this morning. It was there. I dragged it into the kitchen where it will be harder to forget.

So good being back in our own Zac's building for bible study. In familiar territory people seem more willing to respond and interact. Some things don't change though. I was told I was fallen from grace by the man who goes to get his hot drink but makes his wife get her own.

I find it very hard to be Christian towards some people.

"We are all sinners, my brother in Christ" -- that would have been my diplomatic response to Mr. Fallen From Grace. My problem with the holier-than-thou types is that I can rarely be diplomatic.

This is one of those "thank you for sharing" moments! It's polite but does leave the rude person wondering.
