GrandDaughter1 (12) has her first senior school exams this week. Today it was English. She sent me this message:
"There was a sentence in my English exam and I had to fill the gap and the options were 'could of' or 'could have' and I picked that one cuz I remembered you said."
My work is done.
George meanwhile seems less wobbly but is still off his food and, unsurprisingly, lacking energy or enthusiasm. Even chicken barely tempts him so tonight I've bought him a nice piece of fish.
There are people in this country having to use Foodbanks and going without meals. I am grateful we can afford to spoil a dog like this.

Tonight I am leading bible study at Zac's again. (Thanks Covid - another leader hits the dust.) I am quite pleased because it will give me the opportunity to say, "He's not the Messiah. He's a very naughty boy."

Hahahahshs, I love "The Life of Brian" and the Virgin Mandy in particular. Glad to hear George is less wobbly. I hope the fish tempts him to eat.
I'm glad that could have, would have etc are firmly fixed for that student.
I hope George continues to improve. He is a lucky pup to have you both.
ha, ha, well done, proof that they do listen :-) I hope George enjoyed his fish.
