Husband had his second jab on Tuesday and since yesterday morning has been feeling proper poorly, so as he didn't want to do exercise this morning I thought I'd try something different, instead of usual Joe Wicks' for Seniors.
First up this from Jane Fonda.
I spent the majority of the workout wondering how long ago this was made (2013) and how she looks so good.
I still had some energy left - the dance is quite gentle and I could keep up with the moves or at least I was only one step behind most of the time - so I did this one next.
Now I feel suitably smug.

Jane speaks of her plastic surgery quite openly. She must work out vigorously to keep that body.

Jane had surgery. That's why she looks so good. She's worked out a lot for a long time.

Talented doctors - that how she looks as she does. I love all the Fabulous 50's exercise programs!
I thought she must have had surgery on her face - but she must have had very good doctors as it's not as obvious as it is in some cases. But her body? I remember buying her exercise LP many years ago. In fact, that could be another blog post.
