I mocked it and still have no idea where it came from but I have to say: I am converted! The pineapple tool is brilliant!
Nearly as brilliant as the lion defence helmets invented by GrandSon4. Just what you need when there are fierce lions about.
We were 'talking on the phone' in the car. I was one of Santa's elves and I asked GrandSon4 what he wanted for Christmas so the elves could begin making it. He said, 'You have to give Santa a present too.'
'Good thinking. What shall we give him?'
He thought for a moment. 'A crocodile. A nice one.'
It was GrandDaughter1's birthday on Saturday. She hit double figures! It was also Swansea's big annual two-day Green Fayre where all things green and lovely are offered for sale. Nuora had a stall there selling her zero-waste products (reusable baby/make-up wipes, kitchen towels, Christmas crackers, sandwich wraps, hankies etc) and she did really well. She's very busy in the run-up to Christmas with lots of such fairs coming up.
As we were child-minding I took GrandSon4 swimming first thing on Sunday morning. It was great fun the only problem coming when I tried to persuade him to leave after about an hour or more. Even the thought of going on to GrandDaughter's birthday party didn't entice him, although he loved it when he was there. He and his cousins play really well together.
P.S. To see more of Nuora's zero waste products visit her at Amore Mio Clothing and Zero Waste

Time with the grandkids is special. Sounds like you enjoyed it over all.
You'll have to make a little crocodile cake!
