She noticed!

I'd lost a pound and a half at slimming class this Tuesday making ten and half in total. One more pound and I'll be in the 9 stone something bracket.

And tonight, at circuits, someone who hadn't seen me for a while asked if I'd lost weight! Yay!

It is worth going without chocolate and bread and cheese ... for a while anyway.

Hi Liz .. great that someone noticed you had lost weight. :-) Does that mean you will have to go out and buy all new clothes too!!
