I'm back! But I think I might have to escape soon: my mum and dad keep saying I'm fat!
The girls in my holiday camp told them that I didn't try to escape once but I didn't have to. If I tried hard and looked hungry the girls thought I hadn't been fed and fed me again! Sometimes I had 3 dinners.
And they sang 'happy birthday' to me and gave me a special breakfast on my birthday. They didn't go and leave me. I hope mum and dad go away again soon cos I liked my holiday!
P.S. But It is quite nice being back and digging up my garden.
xx

I'm sure George is delighted you're back.
Welcome home, Liz! While you've been gone I've had a 2nd major surgery and am now recuperating from that. Our Chloe dog has rarely left my side since I got home from the hospital. Sounds like your trip was lovely. BC Canada really isn't much different than western Washington and Oregon. Civilized and yet still so wild in places. I'm glad you made it home safely. (((HUG)))
Ah, but your own diggable garden is the best place George! Maybe if your mum lets you eat a lot you won't be able to escape. Wouldn't that be a shame?!
It is so good to know that your are well, George, and that your mom & dad finally sprung you from doggie prision--er--I mean heaven. Please give your mom a huge slobbery kiss and tell her everyone missed her and you too!
Welcome back George xx.
George,
I'm glad you're home and that you had a good time on your holiday. That 3 dinners thing was genious!! You wouldn't believe what my mom did today...she took me to get my teeth cleaned! I hope that she will quit commenting on my odor now. It's not my fault she could smell my breath when I slept under her side of the bed. Yeesh! Just a bit of advice from an older dog about escaping...you'd better stop before something bad happens!
Your dog-blog friend, Sammy
