First episodes never seem quite "right" the first time you watch them. But there were some brilliant moments in it - such as the across-the-room charade!
He is extremely cute if you ask me... and I liked the little creatures as well. Wasn't there a kinda advert inthe 70s (?) for some dough wityh little creatures like them in it?
Weren't there little dough people on those tubes of ready-to-roll croissant dough?! I thought the episode was okay but the graphics were a bit rubbish. It might have come off without the 'babies'.

oh I like David Tennant, although I get this urge to cook soemthing and fed him up ;0)
I thought there was something lacking or maybe it was a bit rushed...
Not sure.
First episodes of any new series are always difficult especially as they often have to spend time doing the 'set up'.
Would like to see Tennant's Hamlet when he goes off for his sabbatical at the RSC.
