Is Richmond Hill in Richmond? I met the British ex there and spent lots of time roaming around, but I don't remember Richmond Hill. Maybe I just blocked it from my memory.
That is minutes away from my house!! I often see that view on my way up to the park to watch deer. I've never seen Mick Jagger though... Eel Pie Island is further along but the photo is looking at the right direction - apparently it has changed a lot from it's days of a mighty night club and swinging island as everyone has gotten older and started to complain about the noise. Ironic really.
From Richmond Hill - roughly outside Mick Jagger's house (although it's Jerry Hall's now) - looking out across the river Thames and London.

Was this anywhere near Eel Island - I am fascinated by the place and would love to go there - somewhat unlikely.

What's going on with your time stamp? I think it's about 2:11 p.m. your time (maybe 1:11), but the time stamp says 4:11 a.m.
