Just to let you know I'm off to London this weekend for Daughter-in-law-to-be's Hen Do, so I'll not be posting for a while. But I hope to have some good piccies when I get back!
A few questions while I'm away: Misskris comments that she gets 500 or so visitors a day. I'm lucky if I get 35. What am I doing wrong?!
How many do you get? Do you care? How many comment? What subjects get the most response? (My answer to that is ladies' underwear.)

Just FYI, I get up to 1900 per day, less at weekends (1100). I'll do a detailed analysis for you next week.

Well, just as I tried to print a comment a moment ago, the fickle internet kicked me off, haha! I hope you're having a lovely weekend in London, Liz. I just read Stu's comment here and I am amazed at the fluctuations in visitor stats. I don't know if it depends on the type of blog a person has or how they go about promoting it...it's a mystery to me. That's why I say I wonder if my stats are even true because I sure don't do much to promote it, outside of hitting a couple of ping services when I post. Whatever...I'm just happy for whoever stops by. I'm on here for the fun of it, because of my love of writing, and to make this into a journal my grandchild/ren can read some day to see what a looney Grandma they had, ha! I for one LOVE to come here and read your blog, Liz. I love your graphics, your sense of humor. I may not always have time to comment, but I try to at least say hello.
I have no idea how many visit my site. I have no way of finding out. Maybe I should change that one day.

I seem to get about 60 hits or so per day but when I look at the referrals they are mostly looking for westie images or similar! Actually only about half a dozen URLs that I know. Sometimes I think it's just better not to know this stuff.

Hope you're having a good time! I dunno what you have to do to get tons of visitors like that - me, I'm going to throw a party when I get 100 a day! I think I got the most visits when I posted on an Ital magazine's publishing of the Diana death photos - sadly.
I might get one or two. I was thinking about ladies' underwear, but don't think I could get along with the feel of nylon on my bum. Or, perhaps your talking about posting pics. Now that might do the trick and I might break ten in a day.
I have had 106 hits in just over 2 weeks - and was surprised at that! I think I need to get a stats monitor that gives me more detail.
Where do I find womens underwear blogs!!!!
