Maybe I should get a chair. Because it would serve better that vital purpose.
I took a hoodie out of my wardrobe today and found it still had toothpaste stains on it. (Why is it so hard to remove toothpaste from clothes?) I'd obviously put it away in a flurry of enthusiasm or, more likely, after Husband had nagged me.
I mean you could argue that it was too dirty for the floor but it would have done for gardening or being at home.
It had to do today anyway; I was committed and in a hurry.
Two older women were swimming at Pobbles, having a great time catching the waves. I wished I were with them - if only I were braver.
It wasn't as dark as it looks in that photo!

We have a blanket box where all the clothes go onto. 😂
Love that photo. I wouldn’t be out in that water though. Brave souls.
I don't want to think about that cold water! I have a chair officially for sitting to get socks on, but more likely full of clothes.
I have three boxes on the floor of the cupboard next to me. One tends to be for daily wear, another for pyjamas etc. And then there are socks, mainly of the winter type. I got into that box for the first time in awhile yesterday. I should ave mentioned that in my finance post. BTW, the boxes were laid there by my wife to sort out the floor accumulation better. 😀
Beautiful blog

It's difficult to find a chair to sit on in our house. They're all occupied by clothes, books, boxes, or animals
I once had a stationary exercise bike which served the same purpose. Gawd knows I didn't use it for exercise.
I didn't realize I had toothpaste down the front of a shirt until it had been there for a couple of hours. Even though I washed it a couple of times the shirt was permanently stained.
How does toothpaste manage to work its way into clothing and never leave? My bathroom door has three hooks where I can hang clothes. That's where I put things I've worn but can wear again because they aren't dirty enough for the laundry bag.
Love,
Janie
I used my cedar chest to throw clothes like that on
I have a chair and wish I didn't.
