The circus was fab again. They make everything look so easy I don't think we appreciate how difficult it is. Lots of athletic young men throwing themselves around and flying through the air, and two girls so bendy it was hard to tell which way was up sometimes.
Particularly impressed by the tightrope walkers. I would never have been able to stand on someone's shoulders on the floor let alone on a high wire.
And these two women appeared to be attached to each other and swinging by their hair.* * * * *
Now, Biscoff. When I go to a cafe I always have tea. If the person I'm with is having coffee they often get a free Biscoff. Yes, I know the clue's in the word but I consider that unfair on tea drinkers, indeed, discrimination against tea drinkers.
So tea drinkers of the world, let's unite and fight for our right to a free biccie too.

Biccies for all, I say. Circus to performers like gymnasts, seem to be a different sort of humanity, somehow
Absolutely! Perhaps that should be the topic of your next magazine column. Then organize all those who agree with you to form a large protest group to picket outside the tea shops. GO FOR IT! Here in Canada, we don't get a free ANYTHING with coffee OR tea.
Circus performers are amazing. I can never watch the hire wire acts for fear of them falling - as if I would be responsible for it!
It sounds like great fun!
I can tell you that there's no free biccy here.
i am always amazed at the circus!

It's true. They are unhuman.
Good thinking, Debra! The campaign trail calls.
I can't tell you how many times I "Oohed!" and started, Janice.
It was. AS i'd been before I thought I might be blasé but it was great.
Shame! Start a campaign.
Awesome what those people could do with their bodies.
