Hold my tea while I laugh

Planning my official book launch I search Google for advice. Come across plenty of helpful sites all of which say the same thing. Start planning early. Here's one timetable.

I don't even understand half the words they use.

(Before I forget, if you can, do try and watch The Assembly on BBC iplayer. Michael Sheen being interviewed by thirty neurodivergent young men and women.)

So ignoring everything the experts say - or rather doing some things only much faster -  I'll potter on my way. If you were to watch an online launch what would be your preferred platform? Facebook, zoom, Google Hangout, Instagram?

I am even more disorganised this time than ever. My brain is too full of stuff.

I probably need to do a BookTok or whatever it's called. Must find out about that too.

Elder Son made a frangipane tart and Victoria sponge with chocolate icing (for those of us who don't like almonds i.e. me) for Daughter-in-law's birthday lunch today.

It all looks very toothsome.

Mmmm, I'd love to have a slice of both those birthday desserts!

Great desserts. I'm guessing they're not for the book launch, item #168?

Those desserts look tasty.
As for a book launch, the only platform I use of the choices you gave is Facebook.
