Screaming not singing

I woke up screaming in the middle of the night.

That's probably an exaggeration but I did wake both Husband and myself. All I can remember is that I was being attacked and I couldn't get out my first scream for help so I had to try again and louder. It was very discombobulating.

I've had to amend the rules of MyNoWriMo. Instead of setting a target to reach by the end of February I am simply resolved to spend a little time each day working on my writing, be that editing or revising or new writing. So far so good although it's only Day 4.

Techy question.

If I upload a photo to my blog and at some time in the future I delete that photo from my computer does it stay up here?

Because no-one else is available I'm leading Zac's again on Tuesday, continuing with chapter 1 of the Book of Hebrews. I began my research yesterday and will continue this morning. I will need to be thoroughly prepared to deal with the arguments I am expecting.

I've left talking about rugby to the end so you can ignore it if you wish.

First weekend of the Six Nations results. Ireland beat a disappointing France, and England beat a much-improved Italy. Then came the Wales versus Scotland game.

I said I wasn't expecting much and five minutes into the second half Scotland were leading 27-0, and the performance from Wales had been abject. Bad decisions, errors, and a reflection from me that I might change nationalities to Italian for the season.

Then Wales came to life. In a truly exciting second half the young side played like heroes. As if they'd suddenly woken up, and the comeback began. Five minutes left and it was 26-27.

So close. We lost but reputation and hope for the future restored. However I don't seem to have any finger-nails left.

The photo at the top of the post shows Dafydd Jenkins, Wales young (21) captain, singing the national anthem before yesterday's game.

Re your photo question -- I suppose it depends on the software you're using. I know any photo I post will remain on my blog even if I delete the photo in my photo file. The best thing to do is try an experiment -- post a photo you don't mind losing on your blog and then see if it disappears later when you delete the photo file of it.

I routinely delete pictures I've used in my blogs because my tablet and phone have limited storage. They don't seem to vanish from the blog, probably because blogger, or Google, is using cloud storage, and my pictures were only saved locally on my devices. Or something.

Once pics are up, they have a life of their own -- uploaded, not linked from another site. For example: if I link a YouTube video, if YT deletes it, it will be gone from my blog. If I upload my vid straight to the blog from my computer, it should remain there.

When I upload a picture from my computer and then delete it from my computer it will remain on my blog. I usually upload from my phone and then once they are on the blog I delete them from my phone.
