Pobbling
Pobbling. That's a good word, isn't it? meaning to walk to Pobbles. Elder Son asked if I was Pobbles-ing and I cut it down to pobbling. Currently watching Upstart Crow on iplayer and Shakespeare, as well as creating new words and phrases, likes to lay claim to others as well. But he's not having this one. This is mine. ©
You can't tell very well from these photos because the tide was coming in and the water was shallow for a long way out so I wasn't close. But if you look carefully - you might need a magnifying glass - you can a surfer in each photo.

No. Not yours. Pobble is a Manx language advocacy group. Pobbling is actively supporting them. This since 2013 afaik.
