Die hard till Christmas

After a week of dry it's a bit damp today but I am warm and content so grateful for my lot.

Back with the Addams family, I was thinking that I could see myself as Morticia but if I were to ask my family they would say without hesitation that I'm Crazy Granny.

Not a bad thing to be on the whole.

I made a list of little jobs I needed to do and have done them. Very little, you understand, and didn't involve leaving the desk. I did get distracted at one point and began searching for Die Hard Advent calendars.
Gruber falls a floor a day and it's not Christmas until he hits the ground. Then you can hang him on your Christmas tree. Just what you've always wanted. I was thinking of ordering one for Elder Son but it wouldn't arrive until mid-December which sort of partly defeats the point.

I've also done my Welsh lesson. I am stuck at module 35. I keep going back over old modules to remind myself, to get what I'm learning stuck in my brain for longer than the time it takes me to do the module.

And now really I have nothing to stop me writing.

I understand it's a common problem for writers: wanting to write but looking for things to do instead, any thing. Which reminds me, I need to check my washing.

It's very tempting!

So, what can you talk about in Welsh now? Is there any opportunity to practice in real life? It's possible if you start up at Zac's, they might think you're speaking in tongues, though.

That's a rather unique advent calendar.
