Made with love if not skill

As everyday medicines like paracetamol and ibuprofen are expensive in Italy we always take some to replenish Younger Son's supply. As you can't buy more than two products containing paracetamol (the jury is still out on whether you can buy ibuprofen as well as your quota of paracetamol, different shops, different rules) I have to collect them over the weeks. Today I went on a final trawl of chemists and supermarkets in Mumbles, and have come home laden down with tablets plus calpol for children and ibuprofen gel for Husband.

As I passed the newsagents I noticed these in the window.

They might look smarter but mine was done with love!

While I was in the village I also picked up the ceramics the grandchildren and I painted a week or so ago. This is my jug.
And as I only had 99 things to do today I thought I might as well round it up to a full 100, so reinstated the Zac's birthday cake tradition.

Whoops! Just noticed the dripping blob on the bottom left corner.

100 things to do! If you got all of them done I'm very impressed.

That was a great job on the jug, Liz.

Thanks, Marie!

That might have been a slight exaggeration, Kathy!

I like your handpainted jug! Once when we were in Maui, I came across an insanely low Costco price for a certain over-the-counter medicine my sister relies on. She had me bring back a year's supply, sheesh. My luggage was rammed full of packages stuffed simply everywhere. I had to declare them all at Customs, too.

I kind of like the drooping blob. It gives it character.

I have understood, perhaps incorrectly, that paracetamol is like our Tylenol, but we have no problem purchasing quantities of Tylenol.
