This three and a stump-legged fox regularly visits our garden. On this occasion it was lunchtime.
And speaking of dogs that look like foxes, I walked Toby alone today as Husband was feeling under the weather. And when I say alone I mean alone. Toby disappears into the bushes behind me and appears again some time later and some distance ahead before crossing the path and doing the same on the bushes on the other side.
It is a bit un-nerving when walking in fairly lonely wooded paths but if I don't have a dog to protect to me I do have his poo. If anyone approaches me in a threatening manner he will get a bag of poo in his face. I say 'he' but it applies equally to a ferocious she.

Last night we had a Zac's volunteers' curry night in Panshee restaurant in town. For £14 you get a starter, side and main and they give half of the money back to the charity. Everyone had a good time and £225 was raised for Zac's, which covers the cost of about 100 of hot meal packs we give out.
He laughed. "I thought you knew her as you were having such a good conversation."
"She knew me but I had no idea who she was. Then again she did comment that I was good at so many things so it's quite possible she mistook me for someone else!"

This morning it was gym followed by dog walk followed by time with GrandDaughter1. That after a late night (it was past 10 when I got to bed!!) and it's no wonder I'm a bit tired now.

That volunteer curry night benefitting Zac's sounds like it was fun (and delicious). Glad so much money was raised!
Always a good move to link fundraising with food. I wonder if that other woman went home thinking what was that interesting woman's name, again? I definitely know her.
Wonder what happened to the fox’s leg? Three legged animals are pretty amazing…
That fox has adapted pretty well to only having 3 legs.
I like the idea of using the poo bag as a weapon.
