Wrapping presents with string needs more hands than the average person has. That's all.
I looked at this present I'd wrapped and thought, "Ooh, that looks like it should be a Dior gown that the heroine wanted but knew she could never afford."
It might not look like that to you but, trust me, it does to someone brought up on fairy stories. Anyway the truth is much more mundane and I wonder f I should write that on the label so as not to disappoint too much. Now as Husband will be watching the England football game this evening I think I might sit myself down and watch a Christmas film.

What's inside? Underwear or socks, LOL?
Even less exciting!
A warning label for gifts is an interesting idea. Beware: Although the wrapping is pretty, what I've given you is really quite shitty. A whole new industry could be born for people who write the labels.
Love,
Janie
I'm betting on dish towels. But the paper's exciting!
Gifts wrapped without tape are so much more enticing. Regardless of the contents
What a great idea, Janie! Shall we go into business?
Not dish-towels, Boud. It's a bigger parcel than that.
I hope so, Merlot.
