And finally

Last night we had a social evening at Zac's to celebrate the 70th birthdays of Ric and me - described by Sean as "the youngest 70-year-olds I know."

I made butternut squash soup and apple crumble.

And everyone had a really good time. Honest! I just caught them looking pensive as they listened to the music.

Ric brought his guitar and amp and we had a good sing song. At least Timothy (third from left) and I sang along; everyone else just sat.

And I think that really is the end of my birthday celebrations for this year.

Not bad for an old lady!

What a terrific photo! Love the sparkly hair bobbers. And "Delilah" -- does a campier song that is more fun to sing even exist? I would have sung along too, in my best melodramatic manner!
