A bit of a squash

Remember the sole squash I grew?

A few weeks ago it went into risotto. As we had a bottle of red wine open Husband insisted on me using that. It made the risotto taste a little strange and look horrible. Like a big gungy mess.

I used the remaining two thirds yesterday to make soup for dinner, accompanied by cheese scones. That was more successful.

This afternoon we took Toby around Clyne Gardens again for a bit of autumnal colour.
