The least bad

Just sitting at my desk when I heard a chomping noise. It was George eating a carrot he'd stolen from the pantry.

And the vet asked if he was eating okay! Stopping him is the problem.

After three weeks or more without exercise class, on Saturday I had lovely walk in the woods with Elder Son, on Monday I went to gentle exercise class, yesterday I had a lovely walk to the beach with Daughter, and I felt I was getting back into the swing of it. Today I went back to circuits.

I am destroyed.

I needed both hands to hold my mug of tea when I got back.

It was worse than usual because instead of working around a circuit three times, we did three lots of the same exercise before moving on to the next one. So three lots of crunches, before three lots of running, before three lots of press-ups, etc.

In one way though I preferred it because I could get my least favourite bits over with first. I choose where I'm going to start by where I want to finish. And when you consider ski squats the least bad option to finish on you know you're in trouble.
