It was 44 years ago today

I don't usually google symptoms for fear of finding a very rare and, of course, fatal cause for whatever I'm suffering but I made an exception in this case as my wedding ring has been on my finger for forty-four years today, never coming off, and I was worried it might be restricting something. (My fingers have got a little chubbier.)

Which is a roundabout way of saying this happened forty-four years ago today.

And it just keeps getting better.
