Shopping nightmare continued

Tried again to find birthday presents and ended up buying myself clothes, although I didn't buy one very nice shirt because it gaped. Gaping boobs, always been a problem. It needs better placed buttons methinks.

Then panicked because I thought I hadn't moved my watch forward so thought it was an hour late than it was and I should have put the meat in to cook already.

So that was my day. How was yours?

Yesterday was calmer. Lots of writing and a lovely walk by the river in the sunshine.

And finished my jigsaw.
By the way, I don't think I showed you George's Easter egg. I succumbed for the first time in his life.
A bit concerned about the bit at the bottom where it says, "A delicious dog treat to share around."

Oh, and for my latest article in the Bay I go over the 'what to do in case of nuclear war' bit, and also consider the plight of the Ukrainian people.

Good Bay article, Liz! I've never heard the advice about painting windows white. Seems as useful as any other advice re nuclear war, I guess.

I love the Easter egg, I might see if I can get one for Rufus.

So, did George share the egg with you? I'm sure it's delicious.

Love,
Janie

Forgot to say that I've found a place that sells blouses with hidden extra buttons on the chest. I find it helpful. It's online--eshakti.
