Still awake at 12.30 and then awake again at 6.30. Have told the grandchildren they can have another sleepover - when we've forgotten how bad this one was.
Anyway, nice relaxing day the rest of yesterday, and had a lovely walk on the beach today with Tamsin and Julie-Anne. Lots of laughter, prayer, and honest communication. Quite a lot of squeaking too when we walked in the muddy water and kept 'feeling' things with our feet.
I had very cleverly prepared everything for dinner before I went out. Set the cooker to come on and roast the lamb joint, and got all the veg ready to cook too. And it would have been fine - if I hadn't forgotten that I've not changed the clock on the cooker so it's still an hour behind everything else. (Except the microwave which is fifteen minutes fast.)Still it was tasty when we finally ate.
And I don't think I showed you my second attempt at pottery painting, when I took GrandDaughter2.

So did Tom Hardy show up?
Like that cup! Lol about the sleepover. When we have one with three kids, there is always someone on the go all night. The constant is me with whoever it is.
I wish, Debra.
Absolutely, Marie, me too. Although Husband did apparently get up at 2.30 am and shout at them!
Having a house full of grandchildren must have been painful and wonderful. Sounds like it was a success. No "cross granny" I assume. Also no Pretty Stars on the beach, relaxing from a day of filming, I guess.
