A little clinger

Sean told me that compliments had been received from the guests about the last whoopie pies I made so I thought I'd better make some more but I found a different and simpler recipe. They turned out well.

Instead of using marshmallow fluff with butter and icing sugar for the filling this recipe simply required a melted marshmallow. Easy but if my experience is anything to go by our guests will be picking molten marshmallow off their teeth for a week. It stuck to me and everything else. I'm hoping now it's properly cooled it will feel less of a need to cling on to everyone.

I've never tried making a whoopie pie. In fact, I don't think I've even eaten one. They look good though!

I've never had a whoopie pie and probably shouldn't try one. I'd start eating and never stop.

Love,
