A bad good news day

So happy to see Joe Biden safely inaugurated as the 46th President of the United States but very sad to say goodbye to Daughter's dog, Holly. 

At fifteen she'd had a good life but that doesn't ease the pain for the family. She arrived before the children so they don't know what it's like without a dog around, and she was a frequent visitor and occasional guest in our home.  As well as George's best friend.

Holly arrived when Harvey was getting old.

Last November, with George, both hoping for a treat.
