I mean, I do sing and I love to sing, but it's cruel to inflict it on anyone else. However on our walk today we did hear some wonderful singing.
Husband says the're all members of the thrush family - thrushes, blackbirds, robins etc - but if you listen very carefully I think you'll hear a penguin or two. I should say that Husband disagrees strongly on this but he doesn't have my special hearing abilities.

That sound is good for the spirit. I hear robins but I don’t recognize the rest.
The cardinals and titmouse are loud here this morning.
Having watched the video before reading the paragraph under it, I thought to myself how similar the predominate song was to our American Robin's song. Definitely thrushes. Nice!
P.S. We in America shall always remember the singing (and acting) of your Richard Burton.
I love birdsong!
"Oh, the chirping of the birds is in the sycamore tree,
How lucky to be so happy and free,
I know that they're singing out a little ditty to me..."
But I can't remember the rest of the song :-(
Was it the sound of flippers flappin' that made you believe there was a penguin sing'sing'singing along?
So lovely being able to hear the bird song so clearly during lockdown.
Richard Burton, ah yes, from not far from here, CopCar.
You heard it too, Sonata!
