A week ago an ex-Marine set the Guinness world record for the longest time in an abdominal plank position, making him a record holder. Just like me!
Except he didn't have to do it in the rain!

As soon as our record goes up on the Guinness site I'll put a link here. Can you tell I'm rather pleased? Eight-year-old GrandSon2 asked me, 'Have you ever had a world record before?'
'No.'
'Nor me.'
