Love that the rain didn’t deter people from a dance!
It's only a very short clip but it gives you the idea. We couldn't let the rain put us off, Marie, partly because it often rains in Wales, but mainly because of all the planning and arrangements that had to go into it. A representative from the Guinness Record Book had to be there etc.
