While I was child-minding and shopping on Saturday Husband had a residents' meeting to attend. When I got home I asked him how it went.
He said, 'Let's just say it ended with the police being called.'
For goodness sake! Now for the meetings I attend and the things I'm involved with it's no surprise to have to call the police but these were middle-aged, middle class respectable residents.
Husband assured me it wasn't his fault. 'At least I don't think so.'

Yesterday it was exercise, walking George, plus the start of sorting out the house. Today, a funeral, child-minding and some brief prep for Zac's study tonight on Advent and hope. It's all a bit last minute and I think two of us are going to be throwing it together between us. It'll be alright on the night.

My latest article for The Bay magazine is now available here. There's a hint of controversy ... possibly.

Oh my! Did fisticuffs break out at that residents' meeting?
Rowdy bunch at the meeting by the sound of it.
