Lovely pair of horseshoes

Returned to my regular fitness class this morning.

When Jim, the trainer, said, 'I'm going to pick on people today,' I knew what he meant: he was going to pick on me.

Sure enough I was lying there doing full body crunches - as full as I can get - and he comes along and says, 'Here, put this weight between your ankles.'
I was trying to find an image of a body crunch with weight but guess what? There isn't one. Hm.

He did comment on my horseshoes though. I thought, 'Okay, I realise I may look as if a horse has galloped over me but there's no need to point it out.'

I think this is what he meant:
(Not my leg in image above in case there is any doubt.)

I am told by an exercise fiend (Hunky Husband) that, in the States, Horseshoes have to do with triceps definition (whatever that means!)
Cop Car
P.S. He sent me the following, "The Lateral, Medial, and Long heads make up the triceps. The head that is most responsible for the horseshoe shape is the Lateral head which is located on the outward facing side of the humerus."

Sounds like pure torture to me.

You are a brave soul to put yourself through that torture.

That's in the arm I think, CopCar? Perhaps it works the same in the legs?

Pretty much, Debra.

Or stupid, Marie!

Liz--Could be. I don't go for muscle definition, so have to take your and HH's words for it.

Just the juxtaposition of muscle and definition amuses me these days.
