Unshaven, unwashed, and with a bag full of pills that he will have to take for a year or ever but he's fine. As always so very grateful for our wonderful NHS. It has its problems but we'd be lost without it.

Husband is able to explain to me what Love Island is about;
I discover that, although I am less space efficient than I could be, the dishwasher still works when I load it.

Saucy, saucy!
Can't be much wrong with him, if he's up to that! ;-)
Thanks, Debra and Sonata. He wishes, Stu.
such precious words Liz! "and he's home!"
I won't go into comparing the ridiculous health care in the US to NHS.I would have yours in a NY minute!
can a mark go even LOWER than the RED F for FAIL??? that says it all.
but you must be prepared to pay literally THOUSANDS of dollars for even getting that opportunity. as if you weren't sick enough!
I have a wonky heart and I've been living with a LAD (the widow maker) stent for many years now. hopefully I will live for many more! Congratulations to your darling and to YOU.
love and best of health wishes and prayers... and everything that makes your boat worth floating! XO

I am so glad for you that he is doing so well! You should encourage him to let his beard grow out.... it will complement his mustache well. :)
Yes, I very much envy the NHS you guys have. It is ludicrous what we have in the US.
“Love Island”.... if he explains it to you and you are willing to share... I would love to hear about it. The commercials I have seen for the show make it seem too.... unbelievable for words. :) “Big Brother” which is running here right now (US version) is silly enough (but we do sometimes watch it).
PipeTobacco
Glad to hear that your husband has rejoined you, at home. Great!
Cop Car
Sometimes the media show the cost of treatment and it's so scary. Insurance must be very expensive in the US, Tammy and Pipetobacco.
And I think Love Island is quite similar to Big Brother except I assume they choose contestants they believe will pair up. I have no idea how they do that. I am not tempted to watch.
Thanks all for the good wishes.
