I should have been a Catholic

In spite of being idle by nature I find it surprisingly hard to sit and do nothing. It's a guilt thing. I would have made a good Catholic.

But this afternoon I sat and read The Author, the journal of the Society of Authors, on the grounds that it was beneficial for my writing career and thus not a complete waste of time. It turned out that there were two articles about self-publishing/marketing in it that I found useful. Once the domain of vanity publishers self-publishing is much more highly-regarded and taken seriously now. Makes me feel less of a failure anyway.

Now I shall investigate further, taking action on some of the suggestions maybe.

Or I may make a cup of tea first. In my new teapot and mug - Christmas presents from Husband. (Well, he did break my previous ones.)

I did have an energetic morning walking by the river in Pontardawe with Nuora and GrandSon4.
