P.S. Actually it was his birthday yesterday but we forgot (shame, embarrassment) but don't tell him that.

Oh George is gorgeous, a very handsome chap. I'm sure he would forgive you. Buster's birthday is in December, but I can't remember the date, my daughter probably knows it, and Rufus was a rescue so I have no idea when he was born. Many, many years ago I had a darling Boxer cross named Daisy and every year on her birthday she got a card and a small cupcake!
