I have well-developed mother's logic. 'If it's not there it must be somewhere else,' I say - to myself on this occasion as all my children have left home (finally) (temporarily).
The problem is that I have the habit of removing my bra in strange places. A limited number of strange places and, I should stress, all within the house rather than Sainsburys for example but nevertheless inconsistent placement.
After a fruitless search in all the obvious places and a few less likely it eventually turned up at the bottom of my wardrobe. My idea of tidying I seem to recall.

I shove bras into couch cushions.
Clearly, I haven't lived - but I'm cheating as I live in a bungalow ...
There's nothing as cool as wearing fresh underwear straight out of the fridge ;-)
I always tell Lorne after dinner, "I'll be right back; I have to let the girls out." then I put it carefully in the drawer. But I think you just like to "tease" your hubby! LOL
Hahahaha , I really don't know how you do it Liz , you make me roar. I only take mine off in the bedroom ... unless I am at my friends having a Jacuzzi lol ..
Yes, that's why I make sure I'm in the bedroom when I take my bra off...as opposed to the garage or balcony!
Phew, I'm glad you've never been tempted to shed your bra in Sainsburys. Or in the doctor's waiting room. I once had a girlfriend who would remove her bra almost anywhere, just hoping nobody was looking.
I like that logic!
I don't bother with a bra when at home, as I tend to wear 'tracky' bottoms an t-shirt type top, I wear those very comfy sports type bras that a fully elasticated and so comfortable...nothing digs in like a proper bra.
I always leave my undies in the same drawer in a chest of drawers in the boudoir....ha ha! notice the pun...'Chest of Drawers'....ged it 'drawers' or is it draws? too lazy to get the dictionary out.
Have a happy Mothering Sunday,
Love Di..xx
Yes, down the side of sofas is one favourite spot, susie.
You can still be abandoned in a bungalow, Shirl. (that sounds like a good name for a letter-writer -Abandoned in a Bungalow)
Depends on your perspective, stu
I love that phrase, leslie!
Precisely, Anne, it happens to all of us.
Balcony probably wouldn't be the best idea, robyn.
It's a skill not many of us have, nick.
If it works it's good logic, welshcakes.
Thanks, Di, hope your Mothering Sunday was good too.
