And this was the view we enjoyed over the Marina.
Fab view, shame about the tea. It was a Costa franchise so Husband's latte was fine, it was just my tea-bag in a cup of barely hot water that disappointed.

The food on the restaurant menu sounded good so maybe we'll give it try one day but next time we want afternoon tea we'll go to a proper tea-shop.

They should know better. You should be able to get good tea in Wales. Here, now.......
Getting a package ready to send, BTW. Also waiting for tech support to call so don't hold your breath.
Well I can't see the point of such a building then and that complete waste of money if they can't get the tea right; where do they think they are - in Italy?
How much do 2-bed flats run? It's beautiful and what a view! I'm surprised they couldn't give you a small pot at least.
isn't the leaning lamppost thing all about perspective? There is a photographer gag in there somewhere I hope :-)
So what meridian is it on?
The View was worth the tepid tea, but maybe not to you. but then a building offering high expencation should come closer to meeting those same expectations.
With a spectacular view like this, I suppose the restaurant thought you wouldn't notice the poor excuse for tea.
Indeed you should, katney.
It's shameful, isn't it, james/
they're pretty expensive, leslie, and judging by the size of the restaurant not that big.
No, it's actually leaning, furtheron. I checked.
I should know, stu, because it's etched in the glass right above where we were sitting - but I forget. It wasn't anything memorable or simple.
I think it should, nitwit.
Tea-drinkers are very badly catered for in this country, rose.
