a) George being beaten up by a small three-legged dog;
b) HollyDog and me being chased into bushes by cows (4-legged ones in spite of my drawing - I couldn't work out how to do the other legs);
c) Driving round the same roundabout in Exeter twice two times and using a Buses Only road.
So life pretty much as normal in the Hinds' household.

We could swap households and feel right at home, Liz.
Hee hee! Love your drawing!
Well I've done the usual of a left hand turn straight onto the wrong side of the street already on this trip - luckily quiet road with only one driver waving in an exagerated manner at me... isn't if obvious I'm a lost Brit?
Aha! Driving like a true granny already, are we ? ;-)
And I assume you had two legs sticking out of the bushes, not one:)
Happy belated birthday to Husband! I forced mine to celebrate his 60th this past May--I had made reservations at his favorite restaurant and invited all the kids. But the surprise was spoiled because I had to tell him all the plans before he would get off his lawnmower:)
Hope you are feeling better--I agree resting is the only way to cure a cold. Granddaughter is adorable, and the picture with her Dad and Holly Dog is just precious. Hope all those nasty cold germs go away so you and Husband can visit her soon.
There've been a lot of cow posts of late.
Three legged dog and two legged cow. A crazy old world ;-)
Moments like these are laughable after the fact, not during it.
I am continually amused that the smaller the dog the more apt it tries to show who is boss.
And I hate roundabouts.
Hope you are feeling better.
LOVE it! Sounds like my life.
Um..life sounds pretty crazy in the Hinds' household from where I'm sitting. Makes a difference to the craziness around here...in fact, I like reading other people's crazy.
I love your drawing Liz...what a hoot! I love that pic of Erin with her daddy....ohhhh, so precious. Hope you're feeling better sweetie....don't want a sick Granny now do we. Love, Joy

We're off to see Grandbaby this weekend, rose. Can't wait.

It's true about small dogs, nitwit.

Thank you, joy and morning glory.
