Hi Liz, Nice photos. Now I understand that I should have a bird-feeder if I want to get to see any birds up close, this time of year. Silly me! Happy Weekend! Anna
I must admit as I started to scroll down and saw "The great tit" I wasn't quite sure what kind of picture would be there, hahaha!!What a pretty little bird, tho. And you and family are definitely in my prayers as birth time approaches. This is it, Liz!! You're down to the wire! Can you believe it?! Have you decided on what you want to be called yet?? Did I tell you my son and his wife thought I might like to be Memaw? Ewwwwwwwwww...of all the 'granny' names out there, THAT was my least favorite. My little grandguys both call me Mommy but maybe one day they'll switch over to Grandma, which is what I refer to myself all the time. I am SO EXCITED for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely photos. One of winter's joys is to watch birds at our feeders!

Those are wonderful shots of the little birds. Great take on the theme. Happy weekend!
Great photos, Liz! I don't have much of a zoom on my camera, so I can never get a good close-up of birds like these.
Just checking in--no baby yet?
Are you a grandmum yet, Liz?
Love those little birds. They're really cute. They remind me of our finches and fairy wrens, such pretty, cheerful and busy little birds.
