I like 'new and old' - I hope you caught up on your blogging visits. As you can see you're not the only one who is fighting to catch up (as you claimed in your comment on my blog...even though you were further than me :)
I also enjoyed reading about George's fence-experience and your garden woes. The flowers in the photos do look good!
