I cut down an oak sapling in the back garden recently - however I've left the sycamore in the front garden but that is growing at an alarming rate - I wonder if I can keep it small somehow?
Theyr'e so bright and cheerful, aren't they, cherrypie?
THanks, jams and regina.
I'd watch a sycamore seedling carefully; they're lethal.
Thank you, anne, subuirbia and wendy.
The paint colour is either brick red or terracotta but mixed with a few odd pale bits that Husband found lying about because the original colour was too dark!
Wow, am I impressed! Your poppies are beautiful, and I love that color. And the trees are pretty impressive, too, knowing how long they take to grow. I'm still waiting for the poppy seeds I planted to appear. I think Sophie may have dug them up.

Beautiful poppy pictures. I love the colour on the wall - it would look lovely in my courtyard area. Wish I knew the name .... (?!)
