Leaning is good ..she said tilting the laptop.
I never sieve the flour. (Here we sift and I don't do that either.)I agree with Hullaballoo. I think your cooker (or your oven) is on a tilt.
And I was always told that they do that if you open the oven door or was that when the cake sinks in the middle :-/
If they are lean are they therefore... lower fat!... :-)I'll get me coat...
leaning muffins wont effect the taste :-)
