Today newspapers reported the decision of Cadburys to use Fairtrade cocoa for its Dairy Milk Bar! And to bring its other brands to Fairtrade as soon as it can.
Tuesday: I announce that I'm giving up non-Fairtrade chocolate.
Wednesday: Cadburys announces its going Fairtrade.
A coincidence? I think not.
Cadburys knew how much profit it would lose. I am an activist!

I'm eating a bar of Sambirano Grand Cru. I've been eating it since Tuesday. Now that's chocolate.
It isn't Fairtrade, but it is Equitrade. I need to go look up what the difference is, but I suspect not much.
And it isn't from the Ivory Coast, it's Madagascan. No child slave labour.
