George paid the price - no, rather Husband did - for his escape yesterday when Husband got up this morning to a kitchen floor covered - and I mean covered - in the after-effects of whatever George ate yesterday.
Husband said he knew it was going to be bad when he woke up in the middle of the night and could smell it from the bedroom.
George escaped again this afternoon in spite of Husband having filled every gap he could find. Tomorrow we are going to spy on him ...

Well, this post keeps running away from me too, Liz! One minute it's there, the next it's gone! Poor George... yes, do spy on him and then tell us about his adventures.
You better spy on him and find out how he's getting out - one day, he might eat something that will REALLY hurt him or worse! He's a very smart doggie.
Did I ever tell you about the time our boxer Star got into the hot cross buns and ate the whole package? Well, we ALL suffered from that incident! lol for more than 24 hours...

Oh yuk!! I think you need to set up a surveillance camera to catch him in action ;-)
George must have a beautiful girlfriend ! and now he will get spayed, poor boy ! (but it's better for him and you )
I've warned him about the dangers of eating other people's rubbish but does he listen?!
We still haven't worked out his escape route but we're keeping him under close surveillance.
Oh, the joys of pet-ownership! We had a cat once who had a horrible "accident" on the carpet right against a door, which (of course) opened all over it! Nothing nicer than coping with that stuff before breakfast!
